Flat fee shipping rates for bookings:

$15 flat rate return postage for urban areas

$21.50 flat rate return postage for rural areas - please note if you do not select rural and you are a rural address you will need to pay the difference.

We aim to have your garments to you 2-3 days before your event. For weekend events, we usually send out all orders by Wednesday 2pm to give ample time for you to receive it.

If you do need to order a fit for the weekend, and it's after 2pm on a Wednesday, you will need to select 'Saturday Delivery' at checkout. Otherwise we cannot guarantee your garment will arrive on time, and we will not be able to give you a store credit or refund.

Following your event, you are required to return your rental on the next working day. A return bag with paid postage is included in with your rental.

Please drop your returns package off to to your nearest NZ Post. You will need to hand over to an NZ Post employee, as they will need to scan the package to activate the tracking.

$15 flat rate overnight postage for urban areas

RURAL POSTAL TRY-ONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

We aim to have your postal try-on(s) to you on Monday's. You are then required to return them on the next working day, Tuesday. An overnight return bag will be provided in your rental.

As above, please drop you returns package off your returns package to your nearest NZ Post.

Click & Collect

Click & collect is available from Orewa, Auckland. Please select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout and the address will be given to you once your order is confirmed.

POSTAL DELAYS

We occasionally experience postal delays in certain areas. We advise you to get in touch BEFORE you place a last minute order as we can not 100% guarantee it will arrive on time. Please refer to our REFUND POLICY for more information.
